As a Client Customer Service Support Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive world-class service and support.
Job Description
As a Client Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, including physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, utilizing your strong communication skills and attention to detail to resolve complex issues and provide product education.
Responsibilities
* Follow approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims
- Continuously evaluate current policies and SOPs and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Read and understand explanation of benefits or correspondence
- Document all activity made to a claim
- Communicate via telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients
- Utilize tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or to obtain better billing information
Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent
- REMOTE WORK:
+ Dedicated work-from-home space + Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity + Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus
Technical Requirements
* Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
- No satellite internet
- Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord. Equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with Ethernet port.

Pay Range
The pay range for this position is $15.25 - $21.00.
Application Window

Schedule
Monday-Thursday 9 AM to 6 PM EST, Friday 8 AM to 5 PM EST
