Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently, using your problem-solving skills and attention to detail to find effective solutions.
  • Providing support to blithequark partners, including restaurants and delivery drivers, to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions and issues using our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer experience, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes.
  • Identifying and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer support or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex issues and solutions clearly.

Working Hours
