The Role
As an Operations Training Systems Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our customer support team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs that equip our team members with the skills and knowledge they need to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your expertise will help us to improve our processes, reduce errors, and enhance our overall customer satisfaction ratings.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop training programs for customer support team members, including online courses, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
- Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and other resources
- Conduct training sessions and provide feedback to team members
- Analyze training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer support training
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with business objectives
Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in operations training, customer support, or a related field
- Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with training management software and other technology tools
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. education, training, human resources)
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer support environment
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Experience with e-learning platforms and other digital learning tools
- Certification in training and development (e.g. CPTD, CTDP)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
