Key Responsibilities

As a bilingual customer service representative for blithequark's Roadside Assistance client, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, in both English and French
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions to complex customer problems
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
