Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll play a critical role in assisting members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and provide solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. You'll have the opportunity to service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients. You'll receive comprehensive training to upskill you to assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions - Take inbound calls and answer questions to help members better understand their coverage and options - Service a variety of clients and call types, including Commercial, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and specific clients - Receive comprehensive training to upskill you to assist with client and member inquiries as business needs arise - Offer solutions to help simplify members' healthcare experience - Learn more about healthcare and expand your experiences, opening doors to additional opportunities within blithequark

Work from Home Opportunity

Training and Development

Pay and Compensation

Pay rates start at $17.50, with a typical pay range of $17.00 - $28.45. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

Required Qualifications

- 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e., call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience) - Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

- Associates degree or equivalent experience - Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner - Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life - Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards - Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence - Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism - Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills - At least 6 months of healthcare experience

Education

- High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
