The Mission

As a Customer Advocate at blithequark, you will be the healthcare hero for 50-70 individuals every day. You will navigate the complex world of primary care physicians (PCPs), medications, appointments, and benefits with ease, leveraging your knowledge and exceptional people skills to provide top-notch support. Your dedication and expertise will have a direct impact on the lives of our customers, and we are committed to empowering you with the tools and training necessary to excel in this role.

The Deets

* This is a full-time opportunity, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

  • You will be required to work one of our 8-hour shifts between 8am and 8pm EST, ensuring that you have a healthy work-life balance.
  • Our comprehensive 5-week orientation program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this role, including extensive training and support.

* A keen ear for listening and a knack for finding solutions to complex problems

  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, including navigating databases and providing exceptional customer service

Your Arsenal

* High School Diploma (with a Bachelor's degree a plus)

  • At least one year of experience in insurance operations, with a strong understanding of healthcare and insurance terminology
  • Proficiency in using web-based systems, including our proprietary software
  • Attention to detail and the ability to keep track of multiple tasks and responsibilities
