Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to client requests and questions: You'll provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Managing client profiles and bookings: You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date client information, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  • Corresponding with clients: You'll communicate with clients on preferences, arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notifying hotels of client preferences.
  • Preparing client documents and travel tips: You'll create and distribute essential travel documents and tips, ensuring that clients are well-prepared for their journeys.
  • Updating daily activity, reporting, and status in cloud-based CRM: You'll maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring that our CRM system is up-to-date and reflective of our team's efforts.
  • Setting schedules and managing time effectively: You'll prioritize tasks, manage your time efficiently, and maintain a high level of productivity in a remote work environment.
  • Serving as backup travel support/main point of contact: You'll be available to provide emergency support and assistance to clients, ensuring that their needs are met even outside of normal working hours.
  • Continuing to grow in savvy and proficiency: You'll stay up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies, continually improving your skills and contributing to the growth of our remote workplace culture.
