Job Description

As a Customer Experience Concierge in our Centurion Lounge, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Card Members, acting as an ambassador of the blithequark brand. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and providing access to Card Members upon arrival at reception
  • Taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Creating innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and enthusiasm
  • Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
  • Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations to enhance the Card Member experience
  • Offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance to support our customers' travel needs
  • Partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members

Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
  • Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience
  • Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction
  • The ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction
  • Must exhibit the utmost professionalism and maintain a positive attitude in all interactions
  • Ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively, prioritizing the customer experience
  • Resourcefulness and ability to use the Internet effectively in a face-to-face customer environment
  • Ability to utilize and switch between multiple technology platforms with ease
  • Adaptability and resilience in an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks

Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you'll receive a competitive hourly rate of $20.00 to $22.12, plus bonus and benefits. Our benefits package includes:
