Become a Licensed Insurance Agent with blithequark

blithequark is offering a unique opportunity for individuals to become licensed insurance agents through our 5-day paid training program. This program is designed to help you prepare for the State Insurance Exam, and you will receive paid training, study materials, and support to help you pass your exam. After you pass your exam, blithequark will support you in obtaining your license in the 50 states and territories where we operate.

Your Role at blithequark

As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. You will have the chance to grow and challenge yourself, discovering your potential can take you anywhere you want to go.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative will include:

  • Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues.
  • Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns.
  • Providing support to policyholders with any policy changes requested.
  • Supporting policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary.

Qualifications

We are looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months of customer service experience minimum.
  • Over 18 years of age.
  • Ability to type 25 wpm.
  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills.
  • 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred.
  • Logical problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work various shifts.
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems.
  • Organization and work prioritization skills.

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you will need:

  • Internet Connection Requirements:

+ Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps. + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps. + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms. + Proof of internet speed required.

  • Clean and quiet workspace.
