Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
• Resolving customer issues by clarifying problems, researching answers, and implementing solutions
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers
• Documenting customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
• Following up on customer interactions to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
