Job Responsibilities:

- Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction through phone, text, and email communication.
- Digital Marketing: Conduct digital marketing projects to boost lead volume, online bookings, and conversion rates.
- Reporting: Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics.
- Scheduling: Must be a great scheduler. Support Employee Engagement Manager when needed.
