Job Summary

As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance through our live chat platform. You'll handle a variety of inquiries, including ticket bookings, flight status updates, baggage concerns, and general customer service questions. With your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities, you'll provide accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat

  • Provide accurate information regarding flights, bookings, baggage policies, and other inquiries
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner
  • Document customer interactions and update records consistently
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure accurate information delivery
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and ticket resolution

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with remote communication tools
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Educational Qualifications

Experience
