Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls, resolving customer issues, and providing exceptional service to Medicare members. This is a 5-star service role that requires a strong customer-focused approach, empathy, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from Medicare members, resolving issues related to claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other concerns

  • Work with customers to solve problems, providing empathetic and professional service
  • Utilize multiple systems to navigate and resolve customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and meet performance metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Call Center Customer Service experience with a focus on inbound calls (no telesales)

  • Excellent Customer Focused competencies, with a strong service-oriented approach
  • Empathy and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer issues
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone
  • Ability to navigate through multiple systems at a time
  • ALL candidates must score a 80% or above on eSkills test

Preferred Qualifications

* HS Diploma or GED with 2 years of customer service experience/call center experience

  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Previous Medicare experience
  • Call Center Customer Service experience (Inbound calls)
  • Medical background helpful
