As a Data Entry Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including fingerprints and background checks
• Investigating and resolving data discrepancies and errors
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Providing exceptional customer service to internal clients and stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, data analysis, or a related field
• Experience with data analysis and interpretation, including the use of spreadsheets and databases
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, including the TSA Clearinghouse and CHRC
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, and Word
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
