Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers across various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, even in the most challenging situations.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate solutions to their problems.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Knowing our products inside and out, so you can answer questions and provide expert advice to our customers.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary, to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, helping us to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives, mentoring and guiding them to achieve their full potential.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset, providing a positive and empathetic response to their concerns.
  • Comfortable using computers, with experience working with customer support software and systems.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
