Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will play a critical role in supporting our research initiatives by accurately and efficiently collecting, processing, and analyzing data. You will work closely with our research team to ensure the quality and integrity of our data, while also providing exceptional customer service to our clients and participants. This is a remote work opportunity that offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to work with a talented team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

* Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources, including surveys, interviews, and online platforms

  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols
  • Collaborate with the research team to design, implement, and evaluate research studies, including data collection, analysis, and reporting
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and participants, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, participants, and stakeholders, while promoting blithequark's brand and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, while contributing to the development of new research methodologies and tools

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with data management software, such as SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in research, marketing, or a related field

  • Familiarity with data analysis software, such as SPSS or R
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience with online survey platforms, such as SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics
  • Certification in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field
