Our web application is designed to facilitate communication between parents, reduce conflict, and save families a significant amount of money in legal fees. With a strong focus on customer experience, we have reduced our customer service needs over time, resulting in a small but critical role that requires a skilled and dedicated individual.

Key Responsibilities

As our part-time Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Checking email twice a day (Monday to Friday) for about 30 minutes each time, once in the morning and once in the afternoon/evening
  • Responding to customer emails in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues and providing helpful solutions
  • Reproducing bugs and writing up problems for the development team to ensure timely resolution
  • Reporting on feedback and usability problems to help improve our web application
  • Collaborating with the development team to resolve technical issues and improve customer experience

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is:

  • Proficient in technology, with experience using web applications and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Flexible and able to work independently, with a strong sense of self-motivation
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide clear, concise solutions
  • A native English speaker, living in North or South America
  • Passionate about helping customers and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
