Contract Details

* Contract Duration: 12 months

  • Work Arrangement: Remote work arrangement, with flexibility to work from home or any other location of your choice
  • Job Type: Full-time contract position

Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Daily Responsibilities:

+ Calling and emailing clients to provide updates on their orders + Working from a set list of priority orders to contact and update clients on the status of their orders + Utilizing internal systems to track and notate work, including updates to clients

  • Additional Responsibilities:

+ Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner + Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues + Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and order status

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the communications, automotive, or media industries

  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools
  • Fluency in multiple languages
