The Role

As an Experienced IAM Developer – SailPoint Integration and Governance, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) events within our IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform. You will work closely with our global-class software and platform teams to deliver scalable, nimble, and secure solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and JML events within IIQ

• Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment
• SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data
• Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
• Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding
• Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
• Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience
• Experience of Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other related technologies

Minimal Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field

• OR 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related field at a tech, retail, or data-driven company

Favored Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field

• 5+ years' experience in IAM, SailPoint implementation, and related technologies
• Strong experience with cloud-based IAM solutions and related technologies
• Experience with DevOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices, with a focus on mitigating attack risks and securing cloud transformation
