Job Summary

As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Professional at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in supporting our operations team by performing a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, report compilation, and office clerical duties. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient processes, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Entry of daily work orders into systems

  • Assembling reports
  • Reconciling reports
  • Filing, copying, faxing, and other clerical duties
  • Maintaining excellent communication with various departments
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of data entry experience (typing at least 40 wpm) in operations or similar service environment

  • 1 year of office clerk experience
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word

  • Experience in recycling or sustainability initiatives
  • Familiarity with industry software and systems

Physical Demands

* Ability to organize various office systems through adjusting, connecting, lifting, pulling, pushing, bending, or folding for the purpose of proper records development and/or management

  • Ability to use a computer and related devices, such as a keyboard or mouse, throughout the workday while seated at a desk or workstation
  • Ability to bend, stoop, or sit for long periods of time

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

  • Comprehensive benefits package, including:

Schedule

* 8-hour shift, with flexibility to work remotely

  • Ability to commute or relocate to Chicago, IL 60608 (required)
