Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Representative to join our team at our Wesley Chapel, FL branch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through proactive communication, product knowledge, and technical expertise. Key Responsibilities:

* Sales and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to both new and existing customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and driving sales growth through proactive communication and product knowledge.

  • Order Processing and Fulfillment: Execute all aspects of the sales function, including order processing, purchase orders, payment processing, quotes, and delivery dates, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Product Knowledge and Recommendations: Stay up-to-date on the latest HVAC products and technologies, recommending alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications as needed.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including manufacturing, sales, distribution, and vendors, to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Training and Development: Train new customer service/inside sales representatives and participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Feedback: Periodically reach out to customers to determine satisfaction with our products and services, using feedback to improve our offerings and processes.

Essential Qualifications:

6+ years of progressive sales experience

in the HVAC industry, with a proven track record of success in sales and customer service.

Extensive knowledge of HVAC equipment and products

, including technical specifications, features, and benefits.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and internal teams.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

High school diploma or GED equivalent

, with some college preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
