The Role

As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you'll be on the front lines of our customer support team, working closely with our customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide exceptional support. You'll be the face of our brand, and your dedication to delivering an outstanding customer experience will make all the difference in our customers' lives.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer-submitted live chats and emails in a timely manner, providing accurate and helpful solutions to their queries

  • Troubleshoot and guide customers through questions and issues related to their account, billing, domain, or other transactional inquiries
  • Independently meet targets across Quality, Productivity, and Customer Satisfaction in email and live chat
  • Stay up-to-date on new product features and improvements, and communicate these changes to our customers
  • Identify isolated customer experiences and escalate important issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support

Requirements

* 1+ years of customer-facing experience in a similar role (retail, hospitality, online support)

  • Expertise in written communication, with the ability to spot spelling and grammar errors
  • Proficiency in decoding conversations, identifying the cause, and aligning on end goals
  • Capability of prioritizing competing requests and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with the blithequark platform and its features
  • Consistent and dependable Wi-Fi and a personal workspace that allows you to be free from distraction and fully customer-focused
  • Currently live in Arizona, Idaho, Utah, New Mexico, Oregon, or Washington

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer support software and tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation

* Cash compensation range: $17.55 USD per hour

  • Hourly rate may vary based on job-related criteria, including relevant skills, experience, and location
