Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at blithequark, you will:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty innovation groups
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to design and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improvement
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support business stakeholders in making data-driven decisions
- Work closely with engineers, product managers, and business experts to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our data solutions remain cutting-edge and effective
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science, with 3+ years in a Fortune 500 organization
- 3+ years of experience in online business stage development and data visualization
- Strong experience in data analysis, data mining, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, and Tableau
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Experience with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with data visualization tools such as D3.js, Matplotlib, and Seaborn
- Experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques
- Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks
