Essential Job Functions

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

Demonstrating a high level of customer assistance

by phone and in-person, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.

Receiving and recording payments

in customer accounts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Marketing to current and former customers

over the phone and in-person, identifying opportunities to grow our business and increase customer satisfaction.

Maintaining and securing cash drawer and accounting activities

, including balancing and preparing deposits, to ensure the integrity of our financial systems.

Performing office administrative activities

, such as checking branch mail, filing, and office supplies, to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Investigating credit and processing loan applications

, ensuring that our customers receive the financial solutions they need to achieve their goals.

Performing all other duties and responsibilities

as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

A high school diploma or equivalent

, demonstrating a strong foundation in basic math and communication skills.

Effective communication and time management skills

, enabling you to interact with customers, colleagues, and management in a professional and efficient manner.

Reliable personal transportation with insurance

, ensuring that you can travel to and from work safely and conveniently.

Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time

, as well as lift and maneuver up to 20 pounds, to meet the physical demands of the role.
