Job Summary

As an Airline Supervisor at blithequark, you'll oversee passenger service operations at DFW Airport, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and high-quality service. You'll be responsible for monitoring staff performance, providing training, and maintaining a fair and respectful work environment. Responsibilities

* Supervise and coordinate passenger service operations to ensure seamless execution of customer service standards

  • Ensure compliance with company rules, regulations, and safety standards, including adherence to industry best practices
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance
  • Provide training and development to subordinates to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Maintain customer satisfaction, safety, security, and employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution
  • Administer fair and respectful practices for all staff and third parties, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment

Minimum Requirements

* Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends, holidays, and days off, as required

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to read, write, and fluently speak and understand the English language
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Reports to work on a regular and timely basis
  • Cognitive skills to set priorities and use independent judgment

Preferred Skills

* Ability to compute rate, percent, and interpret bar graphs

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to interpret extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions

* Ability to lift 70 pounds

  • Ability to handle stress
  • Work in a high noise level environment
  • Work with minimal supervision
