Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for processing child assistance repayments in the SDU unit according to Standard procedure. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently with limited instructions. You will also be responsible for other roles as delegated by management.

Key Responsibilities

* Process child assistance repayments in the SDU unit according to Standard procedure

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of repayments and related information
  • Gather, research, organize, and study information to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates
  • Work independently with limited instructions, using initiative and problem-solving skills to complete tasks efficiently
  • Meet rigid timelines and deadlines, adapting to changing priorities and workload demands
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Private workspace with room to set up tools and equipment
  • High-speed internet connection
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including refinement, perseverance, and good behavior
  • Ability to gather, research, organize, and study information
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills

* Previous experience in data entry or a related field
