Key Responsibilities

- Entering customer and account data from source documents into our computer system within time limits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Compiling, verifying the accuracy, and sorting data for processing, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and consistent.
- Reviewing and correcting any errors or deficiencies in the data, ensuring that all output is accurate and reliable.
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Training and Support
As a new hire, you will undergo a comprehensive one-week training program with our supervisor to ensure you're fully equipped to perform your role effectively. Our training program includes:
- In-depth training on our computer system and data entry procedures.
- Hands-on practice and feedback to ensure you're comfortable with the system.
- Ongoing support and guidance from our supervisor and colleagues.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

- Reliable internet connection and a computer with basic software knowledge (training will be provided).
