Experienced Full Stack Business Analyst – Forecasting and Operations Optimization

Job Summary

As a Senior Business Analyst on our Estimating team, you'll be responsible for driving functional effectiveness and identifying cost-saving opportunities across various business lines. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Marketing, AI, and Labor Management, to analyze data, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisions. Your expertise in planning, executing, and executing SQL will be essential in driving business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development of the forecasting process for assigned business lines, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Foster collaboration and streamline business cycles across teams, including Operations, Marketing, AI, and Labor Management
• Proactively identify opportunities for business improvement, process streamlining, and automation, and execute data-driven process upgrades to enhance existing work processes
• Scale the current forecasting process to meet the specific needs of each business line, ensuring alignment with growth and flexibility targets
• Develop and maintain complex data models, reports, and dashboards to inform business decisions and drive growth
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and engineers

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• At least 3 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role, with a proven track record of driving growth and efficiency
• Expertise in SQL and Succeed, with the ability to develop complex data models and reports
• Significant knowledge of reporting tools, such as Sigma and Scene, as well as a deep understanding of the data ecosystem, including Snowflake
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven track record of driving growth and efficiency
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI, with the ability to develop and implement predictive models
• Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as Snowflake or Amazon Redshift
• Certification in data science or business analytics, such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified Business Analyst
