Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Distributing all benefit enrollment materials and determining eligibility for our clients
* Handling incoming customer service calls with professionalism and empathy
* Dispatching incoming customer phone calls in a timely and efficient manner
* Accepting customer calls and returning customer calls in a prompt and courteous manner
* Responding to client requests for coverages while representing their best interests
* Creating and explaining individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system
* Working and learning from management teams to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies
Essential Qualifications
