Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, and responding to their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling when required

Qualifications

We are seeking fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional customer experiences. To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be able to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • Have at least 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a healthcare setting)
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the ability to type 25 words per minute
  • Hold a High School Diploma or GED
  • Be comfortable with desktop computer systems
  • Possess proven oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrate logical problem-solving skills
  • Be able to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Exhibit organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you will need to meet the following internet connection requirements:

  • Minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 MBPS
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate of 10.0 MBPS
  • ISP with no packet loss and Ping under 30MS
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace
