Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to provide excellent support on a part-time basis. This remote position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work with a collaborative team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through prompt and professional communication via email and social media. You will also collaborate with our operations manager to effectively communicate with customers regarding preorder shipments, defective/damaged products, backordered items, and product inquiries.

Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email and social media.

  • Collaborate with the operations manager to effectively communicate with customers regarding preorder shipments, defective/damaged products, backordered items, and product inquiries.
  • Manage returns, refunds, and exchanges using Loop Returns.
  • Communicate with the warehouse team regarding inventory status and incoming/outgoing shipments.
  • Utilize Google Suite, including Gmail, Drive, and Sheets, to manage customer interactions and data.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and loyalty goals.

Requirements:

* Proficient in Google Suite, including Gmail, Drive, and Sheets.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with Shopify is required.
  • Experience with Loop Returns, Gorgias, and Aims360 is a significant plus.
  • Interest and previous experience in customer service and/or ecommerce.
  • Ability to work 15-30 hours per week. Must be available to work during standard U.S. business hours within the Eastern Standard Time Zone. Availability during Holidays and Weekends during peak periods (November-December and major sales events) is required.
  • Remote working capability.
