Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and in-office visits, addressing topics such as first-level technical support, billing, scheduling, and inside sales.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM data records, including customer cancellation reasons, technician difficulties, call trends, and other relevant information.
  • Handling customer finances, including outbound collections and inbound payments via card, cash, and check.
  • Managing scheduling for field technicians, including installations, service calls, and maintenance.
  • Selling Wi-Fiber services to potential customers who've indicated interest via inbound requests, providing price quotes, and outbound follow-up to help our sales team achieve goals.
  • Providing tier 1 technical support, resolving technical and network problems, and guiding users through step-by-step solutions.
  • Monitoring our network for outages and reporting potential issues to our NOC technicians.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong desire to learn and grow into a new position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies, products, and features, as well as a strong desire to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology.
  • Basic understanding of networking is a plus.
  • Customer service experience in a call center environment is a plus.

Physical Requirements

This role requires:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Job Type and Benefits
