As a Customer Service Sales Representative at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:- Assisting with inbound customer calls to resolve general service inquiries and provide timely solutions to client-related problems.
- Following up with existing and potential clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Reviewing billing questions with clients and providing clear explanations of our products and services.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of our team.

- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
Education and License Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Hold an active Property and Casualty insurance license in the state of California.
