Job Summary

As an Online Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to clients via online chat, email, and phone support. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their queries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. This is a remote position, and you will work from home, providing you with the flexibility to manage your work-life balance.

Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Specialist at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
  • Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately
  • Promoting interest in client products and services
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position
  • Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team
  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

Qualifications
