Job Summary
---------------- As a Technical Lead Manager at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our digital protection and threat intelligence services. You will be responsible for conveying significant knowledge to clients, navigating and particular activity, and serving as a course to broad organization of digital protection, threat intelligence, and data tasks experts. This is an on-site, client-facing position in Virginia, with remote work approved.
Key Responsibilities

- Convey significant knowledge to clients on security or functional conditions to drive navigation and particular activity
- Serve as a course to broad organization of digital protection, threat intelligence, and data tasks experts
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
- Lead and manage teams of digital protection and threat intelligence experts
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and success
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Essential Qualifications
---------------------------
- Experience in threat intelligence in a client-facing environment
- Experience in CTI procedures and applications in one of the functional areas: Detect, Secure, Respond, or Recover
- Experience in team management, leading, and presenting to various audiences, including executives
- US Government Top Secret/Secret Compartmented Data Clearance with polygraph
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the use, handling, and analysis of strategic (technical) CTI within a functional environment, supporting monitoring, detection, and response capabilities
- Understanding of CTI procedures and application concepts, with the ability to advise and train new CTI colleagues
- Ability to take complex, ambiguous topics, build strategies, and influence stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
