Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls or messages from customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, offering accurate solutions, and providing personalized support
  • Assist with basic troubleshooting, billing questions, or order inquiries, escalating complex issues to internal teams as needed
  • Document customer interactions in internal systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
  • Maintain a friendly and professional tone in all communications, including phone calls, emails, and chat interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, resolving issues and providing solutions in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Basic computer skills and ability to multitask, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
