About the Role

As a Data Entry Specialist & New Idea Sharer, you'll be responsible for working with our business stakeholders, IT teams, and other designers to create and evaluate data models, data management information systems, and data governance frameworks. You'll use your analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to design and implement data models, data management information systems, and data governance frameworks

  • Analyze business requirements and use cases to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions
  • Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and data governance policies
  • Work with data architects and data engineers to design and implement data warehouses, data lakes, and other data management systems
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive business value
  • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for data management systems and processes
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance frameworks
  • Experience with data management tools and technologies, such as data lakes, data warehouses, and ETL tools
  • Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks, such as GDPR and HIPAA
  • Strong understanding of data security and privacy principles

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • 10+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or related field
  • Experience with cloud-based data management platforms, such as AWS and Azure
  • Experience with big data technologies, such as Hadoop and Spark
  • Experience with data science and machine learning frameworks, such as Python and R
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks, such as COBIT and NIST

Skills and Competencies

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
