Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a critical role in inputting, updating, and maintaining information in databases with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

* Input, update, and maintain information in databases with precision and efficiency

• Monitor WAN links for stability and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Monitor routers, switches, and network appliances to ensure optimal performance
• Provision IP addresses, LAN/VLAN, and configure network settings as required
• Alert and log monitoring to ensure prompt identification and resolution of issues
• Perform preventative health checks to prevent network downtime
• Incident management, including reporting and resolution of network-related issues
• Administer security and IAM to ensure secure access to network resources
• Reporting and analysis of network performance and security metrics

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder)
• No prior technical experience required
• Passion for technology and strong desire to learn technical skills
• Great communication skills, experience working directly with customers and clients
• Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or higher in a related field (not required but preferred)

• Experience working in a data entry or IT-related role
• Familiarity with Windows, Unix, Linux, and other operating systems
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Powershell, Bash, and other technical tools
• Experience with network appliances, load balancers, routers, and switches
• Familiarity with ITSL processes and tools
