Key Responsibilities:

* Assist clients via phone, email, and chat, providing solutions-first approaches to resolve their inquiries and concerns

  • Help customers understand and manage their benefits, ensuring they receive the support they need to make informed decisions
  • Maintain accurate records and resolve policy-related inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
  • Provide exceptional service, demonstrating a deep understanding of our clients' needs and delivering tailored solutions

Essential Qualifications:
