We are seeking an experienced Customer Administrative Sales Specialist to join our Government Solutions team in Washington DC. This is a remote opportunity that offers the flexibility to work from home while being part of a dynamic and growing organization. As a Customer Administrative Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for making outbound sales contact and pursuing sales leads to develop a portfolio of customers.You'll Be Responsible For:
- Accepting orders, closing sales, maintaining customer records, and completing required documentation.
- Identifying and qualifying prospective customers and recording sales prospecting activity in computer-based tracking systems.
- Passing leads on to account managers after qualifying.
- Renewing current customer contracts.
- Administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Interest in sales, previous sales experience a plus.
