Key Responsibilities

As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service experience consistently
  • Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
  • Entering application data and responding to online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
  • Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
  • Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
  • Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects
  • Completing extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications
  • Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Moderate to advanced computer skills
  • A high level of comfort learning new technology
  • A high level of professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable working from home
  • Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude

Preferred Experience

While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, would be beneficial. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, as well as Spanish Bilingual skills, are also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you can expect a competitive salary range of $17.00 - $18.50 hourly, plus performance incentives. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 401K match, Individual Coverage HRA (ICHRA), and paid time off (PTO).
