Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to passenger inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with booking, modifying, or canceling flights, as well as providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, delays, baggage, and travel requirements
  • Handling special requests such as seat upgrades, wheelchair assistance, and unaccompanied minor services
  • Troubleshooting customer issues and providing solutions in a timely manner
  • Maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions
  • Ensuring compliance with blithequark's policies and industry regulations

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and able to learn new software quickly

Work Schedule
