Role Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and updating our databases with accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

• Entering data from various sources into computer systems
• Verifying accuracy of data entered
• Organizing and maintaining files and records
• Assisting with data cleanup and validation projects
• Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and management

Key Responsibilities

* Data Entry: Enter data from various sources into computer systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Data Verification: Verify the accuracy of data entered, identifying and correcting errors as needed
• File Management: Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring easy access and retrieval
• Data Cleanup: Assist with data cleanup and validation projects, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and achieve shared goals
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

* Proficient typing and data entry skills, with a minimum of 40 wpm

• Attention to detail and accuracy, with a strong focus on quality and precision
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
