The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist II at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our various lines of business. You'll be the first point of contact for consumers, handling inbound calls, interpreting reports, responding to general inquiries, and resolving disputes in a timely and professional manner. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining the integrity of our database, ensuring data quality and accuracy, and adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and handle inbound calls from consumers, responding to their inquiries and resolving disputes in a timely and professional manner

  • Interpret reports, analyze consumer concerns, and determine the best course of action to resolve issues
  • Educate consumers on dispute management and offer options for immediate resolution
  • Process dispute requests that require direct contact to financial institutions for additional investigation
  • Maintain the integrity of the database by ensuring data quality and accuracy
  • Adhere to regulatory guidelines, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act and all applicable state and country credit regulations
  • Collaborate with specialized departments to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of inbound call handling experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to maintain high performance in a busy environment (85%-90% occupancy)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret information to understand complex problems or situations
  • PC/internet skills to make fast and accurate decisions
  • Short-term visual memory
  • Ability to pass our Employee Background Screen, which includes a criminal background check, previous employment, and education verification

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience handling support requests from various channels

  • Ability to arrange and manage tasks, time, and resources
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
