The Opportunity

As an Independent Contractor with blithequark, you'll have the freedom to choose when and where you work, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, handling inbound and outbound calls, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

As an Independent Contractor with blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers through inbound and outbound calls
  • Conducting thorough assessments of customer needs and providing sound solutions
  • Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
  • Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously
  • Collaborating with our clients to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and standards

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as an Independent Contractor with blithequark, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
  • Basic typing skills and ability to meet productivity standards
  • Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Independent Contractor with blithequark, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and will submit invoices for completed services. Our programs have varying pay structures, but most pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also be eligible for performance-based pay or other incentives. Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with blithequark, you'll need to complete the following steps:

  • Complete an application to join blithequark Nation
  • Pass a background and credit check (a $45 processing fee will be required)
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be outlined in the program details and will be communicated to you prior to participation.

Availability

As an Independent Contractor with blithequark, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace. Our clients' call availability will vary and is subject to change, but generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST. Several clients also offer 24/7 call availability.
