- Communication Management: Serve as the first point of contact for call escalations, responding to patients, insurance companies, and their representatives via phone, email, and other internal communication platforms.
- Relay messages from requesters to appropriate team members or departments, utilizing multiple software applications to ensure efficient communication.
- Assist with coordinating incoming and outgoing billing requests, ensuring timely sorting, facilitating responses, and follow-ups.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations, handling a minimum of 70 accounts per day.
