Your Role at blithequark

As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, concerns, and issues. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers: Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Calmly resolving and de-escalating issues: Use your problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Escalating interactions: Know when to escalate issues to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex problems.
  • Tracking call-related information: Accurately record and track customer interactions for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Providing feedback: Share your insights and suggestions to improve our services and processes.
  • Upselling: Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that meet customer needs.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A solid educational foundation is essential for this position.
  • Minimum of 6 Months of Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer-facing roles is a must.
  • Must be 18 Years of Age or Older: We're committed to hiring adults who are ready to take on this challenge.
  • Ability to Type at Least 25 Words per Minute: Strong typing skills are essential for this role.
  • Comfortable with Desktop Computer Systems: Familiarity with Windows-based systems is a plus.
  • Customer Service and/or Sales Experience Preferred: Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a bonus.
  • College Degree Preferred but Not Required: While a degree is not necessary, it's a plus if you have one.

Work from Home Requirements

As a remote employee, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Personal Device: A desktop, laptop, or tablet with Windows 11 or later, Wired Ethernet LAN connection, and Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted).
  • Internet Requirements: A minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps, minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps, and an ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
  • Proof of Internet Speed: We require proof of your internet speed to ensure you meet our requirements.
