As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and support across our network. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries via telephone, correspondence, and direct patient contact, ensuring that every interaction is positive, empathetic, and effective. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via telephone, correspondence, and direct patient contact

  • Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring that every interaction is positive, empathetic, and effective
  • Collaborate with the Patient Accounting Department to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and timely information to patients and families
  • Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications:
