Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry & Processing Specialist to join our team on a long-term, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent data management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. As a Data Entry & Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for entering information into our database in real-time, updating job titles, quote/shipment statuses, and sending emails and/or calling our manufacturers during business hours.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter information into our database in real-time, including quote requests, new companies/contacts, incoming purchase-orders, etc.

  • Keep information current by updating job titles, quote/shipment statuses, and other relevant details.
  • Send emails and/or call our manufacturers during business hours (M-F 8-5 eastern time) to ensure timely communication and follow-up.
  • Perform data processing tasks, such as data entry, data cleaning, and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless communication and data management.
  • Participate in bi-annual trade shows and site visits to provide in-person support and represent blithequark.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in data entry and processing, preferably in a manufacturing or sales environment.

  • Excellent data management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with manufacturers and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with CRM software and database management systems.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with trade shows and site visits, with the ability to represent blithequark in a professional manner.
  • Certification in data entry or a related field.

* Data management and analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and present data insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with manufacturers and other stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer:
