Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Administrative Assistant - Data Entry Associate at Blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings for executives and staff
  • Maintaining contact lists, files, and records in a secure and organized manner
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and memos using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and providing data entry support
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels
  • Liaising with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks such as data entry, proofreading, and project coordination

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, executives, and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork
